Insecticidal Dusts for Bed Bugs

Insecticidal dusts work by abrading the bedbugs outer waxy coat and cause the bugs to quickly dry out.

Some insecticidal dusts consist of finely ground glass or silica powder. These dry dusts can be applied to cracks and crevices, as well as within the hollow interior of tubular bed frames. Some dust formulations include other kinds of insecticides.
